TEACHER'S NOTE
Currently, there are a wide-range of mindfulness-based programs that have
developed out of the basic structure and format of MBSR. I applaud these
adaptations and experiments, as there are many doors into ‘mindfulness’. I teach
the original MBSR course as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. My teaching adheres to a high level of structure and standards, without such adherence, the veracity of MBSR would be diminished and the scientific results increasingly suspect.

MAY 2022 - PRESENT (2023)

Created and launched their bi-weekly mindfulness/wellness program for self-care at work. Included in 'Mental Health MonthInitiative. 'Mindfulness/wellness maintenance continues to be offered online bi-weekly to the Accenture community across Canada.

Demonstrating how mindfulness can positively affect the effectiveness and quality of everyday work life.
