NOTE: This is not a drop-in course. A commitment to attend all 8 sessions is expected as each class builds upon the other. 

 All MBSR courses have been moved online until further notice.The course is now taught to participants across Canada and the USA. Students and those unemployed at this time:  $449.00  Let me know your circumstances for the reduced rate.

TEACHER'S NOTE

Currently, there are a wide-range of mindfulness-based programs that have developed out of the basic structure and format of MBSR. I applaud these adaptations and experiments, as there are many doors into ‘mindfulness’. I teach the original MBSR course as developed by my teacher and mentor Jon Kabat-Zinn, PHD.(  FULL CATASTROPHE LIVING)  My teaching adheres to a high level of structure and standards, without such adherence, the veracity of MBSR would be diminished and the scientific results increasingly suspect. You will learn how this secular, scientific, evidence-based practice has become an accepted part of mainstream medicine, and discover how it can positively affect the quality of your everyday life.

ONGOING: Since 2019, I wrote and continue to deliver the bi-weekly Mindfulness/Wellness curriculum for Accenture-at-large towards optimal mental health support for finding more joy and effectiveness at work. Also offer individual Executive mindfulness support and guidance.
