ORIENTATION: THURS JAN 23rd, 6:00-7:15PM EST

'ALL-DAY’ RETREAT:  SAT. MARCH 8th, 8:00AM-2:30PM EST ​

(Then choose what day suits you to attend the course in the week. All times in EST    

TUESDAY EVENINGS: Starting JAN 28th, 6:30PM - 9:00PM   

 Or THURSDAY EVENINGS: Starting JAN 30th, 6:00-8:30PM  

 

Almost 30 hours of instruction in this course. Small class size. 

Numerous MP3 recorded meditation guides and supplemental support material for each class also provided.

NOTE: This is not a drop-in course. A commitment to attend all 8 sessions is expected as each class builds upon the other. 

 All MBSR courses have been moved online until further notice.The course is now taught to participants across Canada and the USA. Students and those unemployed at this time:  $449.00  Let me know your circumstances for the reduced rate.

TEACHER'S NOTE

Currently, there are a wide-range of mindfulness-based programs that have developed out of the basic structure and format of MBSR. I applaud these adaptations and experiments, as there are many doors into ‘mindfulness’. I teach the original MBSR course as developed by my teacher and mentor Jon Kabat-Zinn, PHD.(  FULL CATASTROPHE LIVING)  My teaching adheres to a high level of structure and standards, without such adherence, the veracity of MBSR would be diminished and the scientific results increasingly suspect. You will learn how this secular, scientific, evidence-based practice has become an accepted part of mainstream medicine, and discover how it can positively affect the quality of your everyday life.
