I'm passionate as an experienced, certified (Brown University) Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, to gently guide and support you so that you too can experience all the well reported health benefits of having a mindfulness practice you may have heard of.
I am going to dispel some of the myths around this ubiquitous word 'Mindfulness' and serve you with some practical resources and tools for overall better mental and physical health. It will offer you a fresh approach to all aspects of your life, including the challenging, so you might experience more joy and ease day -to-day. ...working towards being the best of wonderful YOU!

In one-to-one sessions or group workshops, you’ll learn keys to finding resilience,
